Introduction to the role:
This position is responsible for service support mainly to global distributors and field service job in overseas project, and aftermarket opportunities on spare & wearing parts sales.
Main responsibilities:
1. Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc;
2. Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.
3. Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip; Responsible for the parts and other service sales so as to ensure the service sales revenue to be reached
4. Working closely with sales team & project team to satisfy customer;
5. Feedback the quality issue to supervisor and assist supervisor to handle customer complaints.
6. Technical support for distributors and end users, including technical training, technical consulting and trouble shooting.
7. Work close with the equipment sales team to develop the customer’s satisfaction and relationship.
8. Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical specialist, analyze the root cause;
9. Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;
10. Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or special projects as required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Majoring in mechanical engineering, having hydraulic, electric and mechanical background.
2. More than 5 years’ experiences in construction engineering industry, having crusher machine service experiences are preferred.
3. Be very health and willing to travel frequently.
4. Good attitude on customer service.
5. Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer.
6. Very good English in reading and communication skills. May write report in English and communicate with foreigner.

Introduction to the role:
This position is responsible for developing capital equipment sales (crushers, screens, etc.) and aftermarket opportunities for the CTS Offering.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop and create a strategy suited to CTS business, including Sales & Marketing, Pre and post-sales support for direct sales and distribution.
2. Evaluate and appoint, where approved, suitable and sustainable distribution channels, in line with CTS’s strategy.
3. Manage the development of all areas of pre and post-sales support, ensuring the distribution channels become as self-sufficient as possible.
4. Implement adequate training, in all aspects of pre and post product support, for the distributor(s) and end customers, on a regular basis.
5. Manage the distribution channel accounts, including inventory, credit control, financing etc.
6. Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing dealer performance, due actions, future plans, strategies, forecasts, budgets and cost analysis etc
7. Provide a link between the local Metso organization, and the distribution channel, in terms of flow of information, support, product supply, service and general back up where required.
8. Attend and participate in relevant exhibitions, conduct Road-shows and provide clear guidance and instructions to distributor(s) and implement ’s CTS sales & marketing strategy in the territory.
9. Drive and motivate the distributors to achieve the annual targets.
10. Call on customers, such as aggregate producers, contractors and engineering houses at quarries, mine sites, principal offices and other establishments and attempt to convince prospective clients of desirability and practicability of CTS offering for products and services offered.
11. Develop and prepare quotations, as required, to increase sales volumes, improve profitability and increase margins
12. Draw up, or propose, changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services, which would result in cost reduction, or improvement in operations
13. Provide technical services to distributors and end customers, relating to use, operation and maintenance of equipment
14. Plan and implement sales and service programs to promote CTS offering products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.
15. Review articles in trade publications to keep abreast of industry developments.
16. Resolve customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies and services
17. Develop and implement sales objectives and action plans to accommodate the region’s strategic plans
18. Provide sales forecasting for assigned customer base and sets performance goals accordingly
19. Assist distributor and end customers with product and applications training
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Degree (Mechanical) and 5 - 8 years sales experience of capital equipment’s
2. English speaking is a must, Russian, French speaking is a plus!
3. Must be experienced in the use of a personal computer including the proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, Excel, Power Point and have a basic understanding of the use of data bases
4. Experience must be from following industries: Construction, Minerals Processing, Heavy Engineering, Aggregates, Mining, Equipment Distribution and the allied service industries
5. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
6. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
7. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
8. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
9. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time

3. More than 5 years of mining machinery and equipment main engine research and development experience, with the ability to independently develop complete sets of products, with rich cone series crushing equipment research and development experience and product life cycle management experience.
4. Familiar with the production process design of mining machinery products, with rich application experience of cone series products, able to deal with technical problems under different working conditions, familiar with different customer groups of different needs for products.
